Editorial policy

Three rules produce every page here.

First, facts come from the machine: specifications are transcribed from the maker's materials for each model, and where we state limits, hours, decibels or coverage, those figures are the listed ones. Second, health claims are outsourced to people qualified to make them: national bodies like the EPA and AAFA, read in full, cited with the date we read them, and quoted even when the quote is inconvenient for a purifier catalogue. Third, owners speak for themselves: reviews are quoted verbatim with names and stars, critical ones included, and we never trade a truthful page for a prettier one.

Mistakes that survive those rules are ours. Point them out at hello@morentostore.com and we will fix the page and move its modified date.
